Presently my scientific interests are focused on the following macro-areas: superconductivity, hydrogen based superconductors, two-dimensional systems, topological materials and surface physics.

I work on theory of condensed matter, theoretical interpretations of spectroscopies (ARPES, XRD, NMR, EXAFS, transport, etc...), fundamentals of superconductivity, quantum materials, density functional theory, structural, electronic and vibrational properties of materials, charge density waves, graphene and two-dimensional systems, materials under extreme conditions, hydrogen based materials.
